For more than 100 years, the famous restaurant and dance institution "Clärchens Ballhaus" has been a unique venue for entertainment and amusement. As one of the rare so called "Berliner Originals" it is still hosting the traditional "Schwoof" every week. Just like a century ago, when the wealthy ladies and gentlemen of the upper class district "Spandauer Vorstadt" celebrated at the "Spiegelsaal", the mirror ballroom located on the first floor of Clärchens Ballhaus, all of the Berliner folks "floundered" in the downstairs ballroom.

In conjunction with the Siegelsaal, Clärches Ballhaus can accommendate up to 1,000 guests.
