The "Spiegelsaal" (the mirror dancehall) of Clärchens Ballhaus is a direct reflection of the city housing it: in the midst of historical relics life itself is being celebrated like 100 years ago. In an ambience of the Wilhelminian style and the traces and destruction of the war, the mostly unchanged Spiegelsaal has been a popular venue since 2005. Not only German celebrities like to celebrate at the magical place, but also Hollwood stars such as director Quentin Terintino (Inglourious Basterds) and actor Tom Cruise (Stauffenberg) were thrilled by its decadent charm.
